The Wings Over Story

Wings over was born in 2012 from a single passion: creating the most craveable chicken wings in United States. Our founder, Marcus Reed, started with a small backyard fryer, a handful of family recipes, and an unshakeable belief that great wings could bring people together.

What began as a weekend pop-up at local events quickly grew into something much bigger. Word spread fast — our signature crispy-outside, juicy-inside wings and 30+ house-made sauces were unlike anything else. Within two years, we opened our first permanent kitchen in Kaufman, TX.

Today, Wings over serves tens of thousands of customers across United States, offering dine-in, delivery, takeout, and full-scale catering. We're proud that every wing still follows Marcus's original philosophy: bold flavor, quality ingredients, zero compromise.

2012

The First Fryer

Marcus Reed launches Wings over as a weekend pop-up at community events in Kaufman, TX. Armed with family recipes and one commercial fryer, the original six sauces draw massive lines.

2014

First Permanent Kitchen

Demand grows so fast that we open our first brick-and-mortar location at 905 E Mulberry St, Kaufman. The dining room seats 40 — and it's full every weekend within the first month.

2016

Delivery Launch

Wings over expands beyond dine-in with our own delivery service. Our signature insulated packaging keeps every order hot and crispy from kitchen to door — a game-changer for the brand.

2018

Catering Goes Big

We launch our full catering division after requests from corporate clients and event planners overwhelm our small team. Wings over catering quickly becomes a staple at events across Texas.

2020

Online Ordering Platform

We invest in a full digital ordering platform, making it easier than ever for customers to browse our 30+ sauces, customize orders, and schedule delivery or pickup — all in minutes.
